Susan's place was quiet and comfortable. Susan was extremely helpful.
It is tough to get up the steps with luggage although Susan/her boyfriend were very generous in helping bring up the luggage.
We would definitely stay there again! We loved our stay.

Fantastic location between the train station and center! Susan gave awesome restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. The steps are VERY steep but this is described on her page as well. Thank you Susan for a lovely stay!

A beautifully furnished and private loft apartment right in the centre of Haarlem - exactly as the pictures showed with lots of great touches by Susan who was a top host - responsive and very helpful . Highly recommended.

Location could not possibly be better. In a town that will mesmerize you and make you never want to leave.
Susan is charming and so incredibly kind and understanding.

Superb property and location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the station and 15 minutes direct to Amsterdam Centraal. Nearby had everything you need and Susan is a great host that responded quickly. 10/10 recommend to others and I would happily stay here again. Thank you :)

Susan’s place was cosy and in an amazing location! Comfortable and clean with lots of cute touches. Susan was very communicative and helpful too - we felt very looked after. Would highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay in Haarlem, just outside Amsterdam. Haarlem is such a beautiful, peaceful place with so much character – loads of lovely bars and restaurants, a really relaxed atmosphere, and only about 15 minutes from central Amsterdam by train, which made it the perfect base for our trip.
Susan’s place itself was absolutely perfect. The decor was gorgeous and felt really stylish and homely at the same time. Everything was spotless and clearly well thought out. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable – we slept so well every night!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely stay again!
Communication with Susan was excellent and made the whole process so easy. Plus her recommendations for bars and restaurants in Haarlem were brilliant!! Make sure you go to the Mexican restaurant! It was superb 👌

We were so lucky to stumble upon this beautiful apartment! We urgently needed a new place on the same day because the one we originally booked wasn’t ready for our arrivals. Chet, Marianne, and Guido were amazing—they responded super quickly, and we were able to book and settle in that very day. The apartment was spotless and really comfortable, with everything we needed and then and more. Two little bottles of Prosecco was such a thoughtful surprise. Marianne, who we met the next day, was incredibly kind and let us store our bags in the hallway while we spent some extra time exploring Harlem before our flight. Overall, great hosts, a cozy and clean apartment, and top-notch communication. We highly recommend staying here!
